STOP JUDGING SOMEONE BASE ON THEIR APPEARANCE OR OUTFIT

When someone judges me by my appearance or outfits, it’s sad to say that they are just reflecting themselves without realising!

Every time I post a picture or stories on my Instagram or any social media platform of either me in cultural or Modern, sexy or covered, with or without pottu, being thin for a session or gaining weight because of whatever reasons I stop my workout, I get judged for every single thing.

Some of you might say “don’t be bothered”! Tbh I’m soo over what people might say or talk about me but instead I just want you to heard out about how toxic this people can be in others life especially the younger generation. This people do not realise how much it would impact one in their daily life just because of your “own insecurity battles” now that you’ve pass that on to someone else, they’ve got to battle their own self-esteem because of you!

I use to be a people pleaser because I wanted everyone to like or accept me as their friend or anything that fits the description, I wanted to be that one person where anyone can feel “FREE” *entitled* to judge me but as I mature in sense of my knowledge or as I started seeing things in different perspective, I realised that all this while I was surrounded by people who are just TOXIC !

For someone who is very judgmental you are basically being taught of a culture that being yourself isn’t what the society looks up to  instead taking care of the society’s prestige is much more important then ones feeling.

There is a battle of insecurities and shame you are fighting thru but that doesn’t mean you are entitled to throw shade on someone else’s life and their way of living. In a world full of heightened emotions and criticism it has become even more easier to aggravate others.

All we got to do is work on our own  inner peace and try to fix or amend what have been said towards others. Take the responsibilities of your very own actions and work towards changing yourself. Heal yourself over the shameful and unhealthy patterns you’ve grown within you and last but not least forgive yourself for not being your very own person ! We have all make mistakes but it’s just a matter of time to learn and grow out of it. Change yourself for you and your future generations.

Love,

 Abherrami Suresh Kumar
